His name is Russell Peters and HE ROCKS! He is a well-known comedian mostly because of his racist jokes, and surprisingly the people he is being racist to is enjoying it. I like him as he is a very good speaker and humour comes to him easily. He always interacts with the audience know what they enjoy.

Band. Rocks.
Dear Hazyzk,
Today, I went to band practice. Today's band practice was one of the most important practice yet as we had to record the march past. The Singapore Youth Festival is in April, and every Performing Arts group in Singapore is training their very best to get the Gold with Honours award. For the Symphonic Band category, one of the requirements is to record a march past and a few basic marching commands. During the march past, we have to play a simple given piece. Of course all of that did not matter to me much but our marching uniform is no ordinary march uniform. In fact, it is not a marching uniform. It is a concert uniform. Long pants, pointed low-heeled shoes, long-sleeved shirt, blazers and tie. Luckily our march past is in the morning and the fact that our school is on the seaside meant that both the morning breeze and sea breeze is slapping on our faces. For me marching is quite a fun thing to do, if it involves some walking movement or music. If it was 'sedia' or 'senang diri' commands all day, then it would be a waste of time. After all that marching, we had our one hour break instead of the usual half and hour break. After that, there was a combined practice. Our practice was on the set piece for SYF. Our conductor had a hard time getting us to perfect our tonging. Our conductor is pretty fussy about small details but we understand that since the judges are ten times more fussier. Overall, I think the band did a pretty good job today. At least there is progress. Our conductor had to leave early and our Band Major did not want to release us early nor did he know what he want us to do. So he let us have our individual practice anywhere within the school premises. After the march, I though it will be best for me to get some more of that breeze so I decided to go to the highest non-obstructed area in the school. That was of course the seventh level of the classroom building facing the field. Unlike the other levels, the seventh level did not have that metal window thing to prevent rain from entering. My peaceful practice went so smoothly until some boys from the trumpet section who was supposed to be at the fifth level scared me to hell by creeping up from the back. I was facing the field the whole time so did not realize it if somebody crept up to me from the corridor. At debrief, the band majors punished those who came late as usual. Our teacher-in-charge came in for debrief late as she got a surprise for us. She said she thought perhaps we needed a break and bought us 75 apple pies from MacDonald's. YUMMY! I really enjoyed band today as I did not even get into trouble.
Anyway this is the end of this assignment, I am Haziq and I approved this message.

#4 Wednesday. Home economics. Simply. Suck.
Dear Hazyzk,
Today is WEDNESDAY! The shortest not Friday school day ever! We only had like three lessons! The first was three periods of English. Mr Hakim played songs while we did our Comprehension which simply rock! Then we had our recess and we were the only class there. That, simply rock! No queues, no annoying little children, no prefects. Then we had Mathematics lesson which did not simply rock or suck. If Mr Lee was here it would have been ten times better but this new teacher can't teach and he is really fast. But good for me I managed to keep up with him the whole time despite being tired(it is actually sleepy). Then there was Home-econs. Which was obviously, simply suck. For the past week we made jokes about the big blonde dog and there we are, meeting it again. We waited for ten minutes for her to let us in to the kitchen and made us wait for five minutes before greeting her. Then came the demonstration which really ate most of the time. We were baking peanut butter cookies by the way. After a long tiring day and she still want us to watch her do all the fun? She doesn't know he have lives. And then came the best part, BAKING! Faiq and me were baking together so joyfully went a the dog barked across the room. "Haziq! Go wash all this peanut butter containers and give them back to me. Make sure they are squeaky clean." Thanks for spoiling my fun. Faiq had to do the rest of the work himself while I do her dishes. This is so unfair! And we have not reached the worst part yet. She took so much time, we were released at 1.40pm instead of 1.05pm. That is one period late! The whole of that period we were waiting for her to call for us to check our cookies. To end my day in school happily, I went to the Band Room and played my oboe for 2 hours. I love you oboe, you just make my day.
Anyway I should end assignment 4 now. I am Haziq, and I approved this message.

#3 TAVIS'S HOUSE visit for OPW
Dear Hazyzk,
Yesterday, Joshua, Shao Qi and me went to Tavis's house to do our OPW(Online Project Work) report. His house was pretty near to our school so we decided that we are going to use his house for the project. I really did not have the mood to go there but of course, I don't want my friend's scores to be affected too. Before we went to his house, Tavis asked us to wait at the lift lobby so he can do sort out some personal stuff in the house. While waiting, we talked about some pretty random stuff like girls(I have no idea what is with my friends' obsession with girls). At his house, Joshua was behaving pretty badly and Tavis kept on threatening him that he will let the cat out. I don't see why he is so scared of them I mean like cats are so adorable!(I have no idea what's with my obsession with cute stuff either) The project did not go the we wanted it to. Joshua took his time looking for all the documents we had and kept on playing around. The worst part was that he not only played around, he kept on bossing people. When I asked him the reason he was actually even present there he was like "Without me you can't even do the project. I have all the documents". So annoying. Other problems included not agreeing on the ideas each of us have and the time. Tavis said we all had to leave by six in the evening for some reason. Anyway, after I finished my part I went straight home. I was really tired after a long day(before the project, me and Joshua had to attend the Secondary one instrument allocation in band) until I actually fell asleep in the bus. Falling asleep in the bus was not so bad, having the bus driver waking you up thirty minutes after he parked the bus was worst. I felt so embarrassed.
So this is the end of Assignment 3, I'm Haziq and I approved this message.

A moment I spent alone doing something I enjoyed
For the past few days, most of the time I was alone. Not that someone left me or something but I just figured that everyone needs at least sometime alone. Anyway, I spent that time alone mostly watching animes, Bleach and Naruto. They are both my favourite animes other than Death Note. Naruto is about a teenage ninja, who lives to become the Hokage, the ruler of his town. He is the son of the fourth Hokage but no one ever told him that as the Fourth Hokage did not want him to grow up being selfish. Naruto also wants to save his best friend who was once in the same team as him, Sasuke, from being evil.
Bleach is also another Shonen(animes for boys). Bleach is almost like Naruto. The main character, Kurosaki Ichigo, became a Shinigami, a Death God. He got his powers from anther Shinigami called Kuchiki Rukia, by stabbing her sword, the Soul Slayer, into his heart. The job of a Shinigami is to eliminate all bad spirits who have been in the human world too long called Hollows and bring all the good spirits to Soul Society, where all Shinigamis come from. Little did Ichigo know was that he did not obtain his powers from Rukia, but instead from hiself. In the later parts of the anime, he finds put his father was a Captain Shinigami who moved to the human world to marry Ichigo's mother.
Other than watching animes, I tried making a puzzle. It was a Disney Mickey Mouse 500 pieces numbered puzzle. I took almost three hours to complete it. If it was not a numbered puzzle, I would not have even bothered opening the box. The puzzle was actually my younger sister's. She gave it as she had no idea where to begin. To tell you the truth, I didn't either at first.
I also spent some time playing with the scanner.
Cool right? In all the photos I did not open my eyes as I was scared the light from the scanner could blind me. It was pretty fun making weird, stupid poses. What can we all do without technology..
Anyway this is the end of assignment number 1, I am haziq, and I approved this message!

Something unusual that happened that day
I was walking back home the other day from school when I saw this cat. It was a stray cat but it was not those ordinary cat you see almost every day around your neighbourhood. This cat literally had a shocked face. I mean I know I am pretty famous but, cat, you don't have to react that way. I didn't get to take a picture of that cat but I have seen a video that quite resembles that cat I saw the other day.
I have no idea what type of coincidence this is but something tells me that these cats are somehow related. Maybe there's this new trend of surprised face pose. I mean even Justin Bieber is doing it
Wow, Justin is not a normal person like they say after all.
Back to that cat, it was probably male as I saw something hanging under it. It had orange fur and a lighter orange shade stripes. It actually looks exactly like that cat that used to live under my block. But of course, that cat has moved on. It was sad, seeing that cat you used to feed every day lying on the floor motionless. I miss him. I knew I should have brought that cat home the first time I saw it but my Mum just would not let me keep pets. I still don't get why my Mum don;t let me keep a cat when she actually owned five of them when she was younger. Of course all died eventually. Maybe that is why she doesn't let me keep them.
Anyway I should be on my way now to my next blog assignment. Yes I am doing it all in one go. This week I was really busy. With homework, practices and other personal stuff.. So, this is the end assignment two and I am Haziq, and I approved this message!

Me and My first blog
Hi! I'm Haziq! This blog is part of my English project which is going to be part of my Continual assessment 1 marks. hope do my best and be a very good blogger. Hopefully I can update this weekly just like my facebook.com account. This is actually my first blog. well not really first blog but first time blogging. I had a few blogs last time which i gave up on as I didn't think anybody will actually view it. Hopefully this can be a start of my new blogging life!
I know a lot of bloggers, closest are obviously my sisters. They blog a lot before facebook.com existed. I tried blogging then but I had no idea how to. I don't really view blogs but I do view vlogs, video blogs. My favourite vloggers are mostly from youtube.com such as Shane Dawson. Other inspirations from youtube.com are Ray William Johnson, a humorous video reviewer, Niga Higa, movie maker and more. I'm also a BIG fan of anime. My favourite is Naruto. The anime is pretty boring at first but it starts to get more and more thrilling when it reaches the end. This is Haziq, and I approve this message!
